If you are up for diy i made a switchbox a while back with a non shorting Elma 4x6 switch. Used it to switch between 3 devices with one set being hooked up to transformers for se. But ofc you can design it however you want.

Unfortunately I believe the EARS also isn’t a good fit for IEMs as the canal isn’t really resembling that of a human’s so the measurements are going to be quite off from a much cheaper 711 clone that you can buy for around $70

I agree and mostly listen to metal. There's just something about the Auteur that best presents the qualities of metal and avoids emphasizing the occasional ice pick treble of some recordings.
