    Alright, alright!
Due to recent life events, I have neither the time nor the space to listen much at home, so I need to offload a bunch of my gear.

The listed prices are net to me: buyer is responsible for shipping and Paypal fees (if any).
    Pictures on request.

    Oppo PM-2: $450 sold to @brencho
I was planning on having them turned into PMx2, but the plan changed.
    They are in great condition.

    > Comes with an extra pair of velour pads, the original 1/4" cable and 2 sets of the shorter 1/8" cable.

    Theta DSPro Basic IIIa: $500
Want a Gungnir Multibit with a warmer tone, more punch and overall more fun sound? This is it!
This DAC is a gem and it really saddens me to letting it go...
It is in fair cosmetic condition (due to age) and the "touch" buttons have a weird behavior where they are super sensitive and will jump over when selecting the input. Other Basic III exhibit this behavior, so I guess it's just the way it is.
The back of the faceplate (which protrude on both sides) is sticky. It came like this.
It also came with upgraded metal cone feet, for better stability.
I upgraded the DAC to include the AT&T Fiber input, using an original 1361AAC RX receiver. The DAC came with a socket (thanks, @baldr!), so the procedure didn't involve any soldering.

    > Comes with original box and manual.

    Schiit Magni 3: $90

Bought "just to try", as an alternative to my Vali2 at work.
The amp has a slight hum in my system (stacked on top of the PS Audio Ultralink II) and I sent it back to Schiit to have it checked up: they couldn't find any issue with it!
The price will probably not appeal to anyone outside of California (no tax).

    > Comes with the manual, original wall transformer but not the original box (Schiit kept it when I sent it back to them...)

Spatial Hologram M3: $650 - Pick up only (Burbank, CA)

These are definitely too big for my new place! I'm using the Focal Electra bookshelves instead.
They are not in great conditions: 2 corners were chipped when I brought them back from Hermosa, in my car :(. We could probably touch it up with a black pen to hide it.
    See pictures on AugioGon.

I'm not quite sure which model they are, between the M3 and M3 Turbo: they were sold to me as a regular M3 ($1,999), but come with the upgraded WBT terminals . In any case, they are not the Turbo S.

    > Comes with a set of spikes and an ugly blanket for transport :D

    Spatial Hologram M3:

    Rednet 3 + 5V DC input: $700 sold on head-fi

Modded Rednet 3 to accept 5V DC input through the IEC connector.
No need to introduce this one: it's the best source I've used, period.
The original switching PSU is still inside the unit and can be reconnected per buyer's request (to get a like new RN3).

    > Comes with the original box, the SMPS (inside the unit) and the original filtered IEC connector to revert to stock.
Does NOT come with a 5V LPSU.

Shame. Both for missing christmas here, and for me. Anyway, to anyone who picks up that rednet, it's a good deal.

How do the M3's compare to something like magneplanars? Very tempting price - I live in Burbank as well.

And excuse my ignorance, but is the IIIa a delta-sig, multibit, or R2R? Looking for a better dac than my V800

The Basic IIIa is a multi-bit DAC using 4x PCM 1702 DAC chips (very similar to the acclaimed PCM-63 that the legend Theta Gen V used).
They are the predecessors to the PCM1704 multi-bit chips, but most people prefer the sound of the older chips (63, 1702).

Think of the GenV as Yggdrasil's ancestor (similar filter, beefier PSU).
The Gen IIIa would be the Gungnir Multibit's ancestor.
Compared to the modern Schiit, the Theta DAC have a warmer tone, more punch down low (beefier power-supply) but retain the awesome sense of space and clarity that Mike Moffat's burrito filter offer.

As for the M3's, I can't tell how they compare to the Magneplanar. They are very different technologies, with the only similar trait being the lack of cabinet.
Compared to conventional boxed speakers with dynamic drivers, the M3's have a very open sound, all the way down to the bass, which sounds very different from a regular speaker. It doesn't have any "boomy" effect, but rather surrounds you with bass and doesn't exercise room modes as much, for a more neutral bass response.

I love it. My bank account does not. Seems like a good price though.

Alright, I'll bite. When this thread started, I was curious but didn't really need another DAC. Now I'm trying to build a budget-ish speaker system for home.

How do you feel about shipping international?
