SOLD: Metrum Pavane

I've been downsizing nearly everything in my 2-channel setup, and this is the final piece that's left to replace with a cheaper alternative. This is also the hardest piece to sell for me as I love it dearly. It's the best DAC I've ever heard, let alone owned.

This is the original Metrum Pavane, which is the "level 1" version.

Originally purchased back in February from Zach at ZMF, who is an authorized Metrum dealer. It was his demo unit for road shows and has a couple minor scratches from that life but they're not noticeable unless you're up close and looking for them. I'd conservatively rate it at 7/10 on Audiogon's scale.

I have the original packaging so it will be packaged well. Strongly prefer to sell only to the CONUS.

Price for Friends and Contributors is $3000. Includes PayPal fees and shipping. Would prefer not to trade but might be open to another DAC that has XLR balanced output + cash.
