I'm using the mediums. I think I was using large stock tips.

Stock med. Symbio med, but they're a touch too big. Small are too small.

Guess M/S would be perfect, but they don't make one.

Might be possible to trim the memory foam a bit. I'll try that and report back.

Yeah the Symbio’s def seem a little on the fat side but the mediums work for me.

So I flipped the silicone part of the tips inside out and trimmed a bit of the memory foam. This makes them a bit "slimmer" and might help if your fit is a touch too tight. The darker part of the tip around the nozzle is fairly firm, so I think there's a limit to how much difference trimming the foam will make. The foam is glued to the inside of the firm thick ring of the silicone nozzle. I don't think trimming more in this area will change the fit much.

Drop for the Noble X "Wizard Edition" now.

Anyone know if the tuning has changed?

I think its just a fancier shell for the exterior instead normal build.

    ^Correct, same tuning...another option for a fancy X.
The bodies are polished, which is pretty nice and the faceplate is a bit more "svelte" for a smaller overall form factor.
There is some glassy/marble/crystal depth to the faceplates.
    Plus an engraved "wizard" sig.
If successful, may do some different looks.

My very early impression with Acoustune AET08 tips

Comfort is not great. It's a quite hard tips, definitely harder than Spinfit, Ortofon or Sony Hybrid. Bore is a bit smaller than Noble X nozzle. The tube is stretched out a bit, but since the material is quite hard I don't think there'll be any durability issue.

The tips advertised as “Sound focusing on bass reverb”, and it does deliver. Bass punch and rumble is noticeably harder, while the treble is smooth out both positively (reduce some static in some old record, reduce sibilance - though not as good as foam tips) and negatively (the bass on some track is just outright bloated, sound more congested and blurry imaging, some guitar track sound pretty much lifeless since the note is so thick and the airiness is non-existence)

But it seems to me that the tips effect can be reduced, by pushing the tips further down the nozzle. When the tips just wore right under the nozzle notch, the sound is thick and quite dark, but push it down all the way down the bass punch is lessen and clarity does show up. There's some room to tweaking the sound, though it's hard to make a really small change.

I was expecting this tips to be "Comply but unbreakable", at least when it comes to sound; but it seems that's not the case at all.
