https://partsconnexion.com/ might be your best bet. My SFD-1 will need one eventually. It struggles getting lock on different inputs and that switch is 'wonky' in the way it physically operates.

Don't bother with Parts Connexion. They do not have an ON-OFF-ON DPDT toggle switch. I had to replace both my input switch and my phase switch recently, and for the input I went with this one:

    https://www.americanradiosupply.com/mini-toggle-switch-on-off-on-dpdt-6p-6a-125vac-p-n-ces-66-1229/

I was even able to keep the decorative front mounting nut with this switch.

The toggle switch is not quite as long as the original. It is about 10mm shorter, but that to me means that it will probably last longer and not be so much in the way. Be sure to note the original switch on how it is wired and you should be fine.

Note, the phase switch is a SPDT switch that I think could easily be a SPST switch.

The Theta uses an ON-OFF-ON switch. The one you posted is and ON-ON-ON and will not work.

How it works is part of the logic that is pre-programmed. All the switches to is make a connection and the logic just "sees" if it is open or closed. They have to work together though to do it correctly.

An ON-ON-ON switch will not work, because the Input 2 needs an open connection and that is not the way an ON-ON-ON switch works. For those, one pole will switch in the middle position, the other stays connected. This is how the Theta is wired:
    • Input 1 - blue and gray wires are together, and the white and black is tied together
    • Input 2 - nothing connected
    • Input 3 - white and black connected together
With and ON-ON-ON, there will always be a connection. I hope that makes sense.

It is just so odd that mine broke and I am replacing mine at the same time as yours and just went through all of this.

Interesting. My old pro prime ii is gathering dust in a closet because it was starting to have a hard time getting lock with said garbled digital mess whilst trying, it might be worth the $15 or so to grab one of these off eBay and see if that fixes things in addition to getting 24/96.
