Urgh, my sympathy. Experienced that once in my life. *Never* want to go through that again.
On the vague bright side, once the pain stops, it's amazing to be normal again.
My condolences. Had a couple in a two week period. First time at a urgent care center then driving to ER. Trust me, you don't want to happen to you what happened to me.
Opioids - unfortunately they are the current most effective method of treating severe pain. For that level of intensity it would be demerol or dilaudid. Both opioids.
Like can be an odd button to press sometimes. "liked" as in "sorry to hear this."
Wishing you quick recovery from pain, and from the pain killers. They give drugs for the pain, then drugs for the side effects of the drugs, then... And so it goes on. But hey, I'd rather the option was there than not there.
