        As for quality of care, ha ha, no. It will be worse for the 60% of Americans who have decent insurance now. Giving basic coverage to the uninsured is no small thing, but whether it needs to be at the cost of good medical care for a majority is something that needs to be honestly debated, rather than covering over very hard choices and claiming single payer as a miracle panacea.
