Had excruciating sciatica to the point of foot drop, chiro wanted to "increase treatments". Thank god I went to a REAL medical pro, or I'd be crippled. I know they help some, but for me:f**k chiros.

Yep, DigMe is right. Physiotherapists can use some of the same techniques but in a careful, scientifically-backed manner. I also greatly benefitted from a few adjustments from a chiropractor as a youngin (uneven hips) and they helped my brother avoid a developing hunch and tight shoulders. But I'm going to go to a legit dude next time I need work on range of motion or similar.

Even here in India where a lot of stuff just happens uncontrolled, and a number of "traditional" medical systems are formally approved of, physiotherapists have to study and work for quite a long time to get qualified.

Interested in this as well. I almost bought a PS VR for GT Sport coming out soon but it honestly looks really bad. PC headsets are much more capable though on good hardware.

Yeah, I’ve used a Vive on several occasions, and the screen door effect is real, with the resolution of the screens, but damn is the immersion factor high. I’ve got a gtx1080 so I think my computer could handle it

I tried Driveclub demo on the PS VR. Pretty immersive experience (not so visually) but get motion sickness really quickly. Probably was waiting for the inertia to kick in when turning but never came. If I had the interest, could probably get over it with multiple gaming sessions.

Chord is shitty about MAP. A dealer or distributor probably has too much stock and is selling to MD at a low price. Chord is just butthurt about an unofficial channel selling their beloved mojo and undercutting their dealer network.

Also internet direct means no 30-40 points each for dealers and distributors. Going the Schiit route means 3x as many components for the price. The mojo in the internet direct world would cost roughly $160-200 and could still net Chord the same amount or more per sale.

@zerodeefex That little?! I'll admit I'm still relatively new to the world of audio, but the dealer markups still surprise me.

Hmm, looking at it that way it's no surprise certain other, primarily internet-retail brands pretty much kick the Schi— er, crap out of others in their respective price points.

LOL.. I went to Texas A&M and it was the only school I applied to. Back then there was no essay. I was in automatically based on SAT and class rank. I thought about applying to Rice as well but then I got the application and it was all "essay, essay, fill in this square with something." At that point I just decided A&M was for me.
