I ordered midnight blue and black to match my HD6XX. It emphasizes just HOW dark and subtle the HD6XX's blue is as you can see with the light it is much darker compared to the midnight blue of the cable.

@DigMe Thanks for the tip! I've got a history with buying cables but I gave up and sold off everything some time ago. Been using the stock HD800 balanced cable ever since. I took the plunge on a balanced cable from Impact Audio, will be interesting to see if I can hear any difference with this one :)

@Changeling Cool. I don't know that you'll hear any difference or not but it's a great cable. Be prepared to wait. Lindsay makes them to order and mine shipped at right about 3 weeks after ordering.

@DigMe Yeah agreed, I just thought it looks very cool and to get that Imperial Red / Black combo with a hot eidolic XLR plug worth the money alone :)
