When did Lex Luther become a piece-of-shit millenial with Joker tendencies? On second viewing, I did appreciate Man of Steel more.

This incarnation of the DC cinematic universe has been a mess from the beginning. None of the characters (in this incarnation) are interesting and any association these movies have with the comics is warped and strained. DC / WB is not Marvel. Marvel movies are fun, DC movies are work. Wonder Woman should just be seen as a standalone movie that maybe spins off into its own franchise.

Superman is a brooding douche. Batman is a psychopath. Lex Luther is a joke. The Joker is a gangsta. If this is what millennials want, I hate them even more.

I know right? I used to watch the DC animated TV series. That is what Justice League is supposed to be about.

Considering nobody likes these new DC movies (until WW), I'd hardly think it's what millennials want. Remember, the older millennials grew up on some of the best DC animated stuff.

This is simply WB not having a damn clue what their doing and just trying to jump into the lucrative superhero hype train half blind.
