    At first I thought they were going to get it all botched by equating turning down volume with compression but it's a good explanation on how Spotify's volume changes could possibly help to encourage cutting down on the compression.

    The cool thing is that it's not just Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and Tidal do it too. Hopefully the combined effect will be a return to mastering with dynamics.
