@JustAnotherRando Found his comment, man is he a loser. Someone is arguing economics with him but they really need to argue engineering and what a BOM is.

Seriously though, I don't even think I can sell mine for $75 even though it's a really good price. Because people can say "Well for only $25 more I can get Magni 3!" Not that I buy stuff with the intent to resell. Just pointing out how great of a deal this is.

IF it performs well sonically of course.

Oh I see, much different up here. I'm in Chicago Burbs. Don't have a Furnace/Boiler, nor any Gas-lines to my house at all; since everything is 100% electric (unfortunately). So we have to pay way too much $ for the ComEd bills.
        Got a 20kW HVAC = first floor & 15kW A\C = outside.

After we had severe flooding & major water damage to Crawl (only Sump-Pump gave out & power cut-off) We had to redo everything down there.

I don't see this tech in particular being used for any enthusiast applications any time soon... Maybe CNT's, but not one atom thick graphene.

The audio community doesn't really have to invest as much R&D as it might appear, at least not to make large sheets of graphene. Graphene has a ton of industrial applications and many groups are working to make sheets of the stuff cheaply. When they do that the enthusiast applications will follow.

The heat driver probably doesn't sound good at all is what I meant.

And also, to be not complete shit for other driver types, you would have to roll the graphene into thicker CNT. Otherwise, you get Stax ghosty weightless impactless sound, or HE1000 soft pillow land.

Yeah, I was paid to attend the "T in the Park" festival last year- with backstage access and more importantly, access to the proper catering and toilets that aren't available to the punters. I didn't watch half the acts that I could have done (apparently Calvin Harris smashed it, for example)- the highlight for me was probably the Rodrigo and Gabriela set <3
