    Fortunately the Meanwell is doing fine with the Noise Nuke. The dead warts are Omnihil 5V 2A and AcBel 6V 0.7A.

    Neither dead wart had been run into an LC. One was the wart for cable modem box. Just stopped working. The other was used to power a measurement instrument. It too was the mfg supplied wart. Just stopped working. Both made in China.
