Man, looking forward to it hiting it's stride. It's already a pretty massive jump up from the Bifrost Multibit (gen 5).

The WM1A did the same for me in the portable world. Listened to a few before I bought a used one to replace ten year old dying equipment a couple of weeks ago. Still amazing me.

...I cycled trough testing a lot of streaming capable gear, but none impressed me, including ZX2. WM1A/Z just wins all around. Not a fan of ESS Sabre or AKM4490, so my options were limited.

I miss my Yggdrasil. Dat bass...

The spatial stuff Yggdrasil pulled off freaked me out a bit too. I swear in some live jazz albums I could 'hear the room' with the individual instruments reflecting off the walls of the space around them. Or maybe i just did too much peyote as a kid. Yggdrasil + BW2 + HD600 is hypnotic...
