First I need to get better. My stomach will not like the caffeine effect that much. Once the stomach is happy again, a cup of brewed beany delight can be my pleasure again.
I gave up coffee 12 years ago, mostly because my body doesn't agree with it. I find some light cardio before breakfast and good sleep/diet gives me all the energy i need.
Seems more of us have more sleep problems than I realized. I’d start a thread, but I’m concerned someone would post about sleep being for pussies. Then 10 pages later it gets locked. :)
How does coffee help with muscle pain? I'm aware that it's supposed to help with headaches by acting as a vasoconstrictor, thought aching muscles (presumably from exercise?) is usually from micro trauma and not inflammation?
I'm really sore from the gym right now, I'm going to try this coffee thing.
Edit: Maybe an hour later, damn, that coffee seems to have worked- I can walk without limping now.
Caffeine sensitivity (causes palpitations) + personal reaction to coffee means I don't drink coffee cause it keeps me awake but useless since I can't concentrate.
