building a "portable" powered speaker

    so I thought I would make a portable speaker. Everyone has one these days. I wanted to make it as cheap as possible. I used materials i had on hand, only spent $8 extra.
    parts list:
    Polk r15 speaker
    8$ 5v powered 3w amp
    battery bank
    Xbox 360 cd player enclosure
    iPad mini back
    tape

    actually works pretty well, gets loud, sounds good. Pretty big though....
    cd player enclosure holds battery.
    volume knob fits perfectly through ipad mini camera hole.
