    Hi everyone.
I have a Topping D50 and need to split the signal to 4 amps. I’ve read about Y splitters and it seems to be a hit and miss.
I’m thinking of getting a power distribution amplifier like this one:
    Rolls DA134 4-Channel Distribution Amplifier https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BYNGUME/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ONdbBbWF64MV6

Reviewing the specs, crosstalk and SNR are -70dB and -90dB respectively.
    My 2 questions are:
1 - Has anyone used this product or similar with good results?
2 - How would this product’s crosstalk and SNR affect the D50s signal? (Would the specs make a noticeable sonic difference?)

Do you need all four amps playing at once? If not a passive switcher would be better.

If the specs are legit you may won't here any degradation, but I'd be concerned about channel matching from the volume pots.

This topic is important to me. A couple years ago bought the best DAC I've yet heard in my system (Audio GD NOS 19)...had the common sense to have the proprietary ACSS output pair converted to a 2nd RCA output pair. What a difference that made!
    • I now run one headphone amp/preamp off 1 of the RCA outputs; and another amp on the 2nd output.
    • So it's easy to have 2 headphones going simultaneously (convenient).

Now I'm jonesing over one of AGD's newest multibits, the R2R 1--partly because I'm a NOS addict (the NOS mode of this DAC is said by some to sound very good); partly because 3 outputs can operate simultaneously (RCA out; ACSS output pair converted to 2nd RCA output; + XLR). Checked this w/Kingwa, the AGD honcho. He said there's no issues/sonic degradation assoc. w/using the DAC in this way.

Obviously, it's batshit-crazy to want a system this complicated (I just do).
