This unit met all MY expectations by beating every USB implementation (used as digital transport) out there at virtually any price level. This unit features Coax, Toslink, AES digital outputs. It also has an internal AD1955 DAC with single ended/balanced outputs. The remote control is solid like an aluminum baseball bat.

It has read every disc i have fed it (CD and all types of CDRs, really old ones, etc). It has never failed to read or so much as skipped or hiccuped during my ownership.

I bought it new ~9 months ago and it hasn't moved on my rack since. 5 year warranty is transferable and buyer will have approximately 4 years left. Its in excellent working condition, comes with original box/bag (still has the plastic wrap on the screen), remote control, and manual. Happy to answer any questions.

Does that mean you'd be selling the vintage Denon unit?

 

Apologize if this is cluttering this thread, but read my post in the CD Transport thread. The Denon CDP set off the buy better gear light on the new Gungnir Multibit. That is why am heading this direction now.
