Indulgence show - London Sep30/Oct01

Anyone going to the show this weekend? I'll be there Saturday.

 

If only I could! Geez @pedalhead, a year has passed by already. The Indulgence show last year was so much better than Canjam London whereby you could move from the headphone floor to other areas were speakers were based. That said, if I had to go to only one show in Europe each year, Munich High End is the one.

Agreed, despite the silly name, the Indulgence show was ace last time. The exhibitors I spoke to thought it was good too, and it looks like it'll be even better this year.

I wish I could come but the journey involves much more than catching the tube now! Munich weekend coincided with my birthday week, so my wife closed an eye on that. She almost started a nuke war when she looked at my new speakers 3 months after. If I mention another flight to an audio exhibition the truce would not hold I am afraid to say!

Besides this, I am finished looking for transducers and besides for the fun there would not be much for me at Indulgence. That said, my head is littered with thoughts about high end tube amps and vinyl TT. You know, those nagging itchy gremlins , keep surfacing now and then .

 

heh yeah your logistics are rather different these days . Oh no, you're looking at TTs now? That's the worst rabbit hole of them all!!

 

Sadly, I was unable to see a way to snag free tickets this year. Given how stupid and obnoxious the spam has been, I think paying to get in would rather stick in my craw- even though now I have a far more interesting portable setup for you to listen to!

Even @Muse Wanderer might approve, if he weren't miles away somewhere far sunnier where his talents are probably better appreciated.
