I was wondering if anyone in the Seattle area wanted to meet on Sunday the 6th or the evenings of the 7th or 8th. I'll be in downtown Seattle for a convention and can bring some of my gear. I'm driving in so I can move around wherever we would meet. I'm from the other side of the state so meet location recommendations would be appreciated.

There is a meet at Bottlehead on Sat May 5th which will attract a number of PNW can-heads.

Argh! I saw that posted on HF a while back and totally forgot about it. Will try and make it but with 2 small kids at home I already had to ask very nicely to go up for those days. Might need to buy some flowers to ask for the 5th as well...

I’ll miss this meet. I’ll be in Colombia during this time. Hopefully I can make the next one.

Can you point me to info on this meet? Apologies if it should be obvious.

@SoupRKnowva provided the link I would have suggested. I really want to attend but my participation will be highly dependent on how well I recover from a cardiac procedure later this week.

I'll be there at the Bottlehead meet. I'll be bringing a Liquid Glass amp, LCD-2 Classics, and a multibit DAC that has been unplugged for hours and hours.

I believe I'll be able to make it. This will be my first meetup.

Thanks @Griffon, I look forward to meeting you too. I don't own anything fancy, but I can bring my Jot with Gen1 4490 module and stock hd650, if that has any potential interest.

Of course a Jot with stock HD650 is of interest. I actually haven't listened to a Jot yet on its own. I've heard a Jot with a Saga, but but haven't yet listened to a Jot on its own. Bring it. I'll be interested. These meets are for headphone enthusiasts to bring a variety of gear for everyone to hear. It's not a beauty contest or status contest for who brings the bestest. Bring what you got. It's all good and no need to apologize or feel inadequate for what you bring. It's all good.

The most valuable part of these meets it to be able to hear a variety of different gear and to talk to people about that gear and what it sounds like. I can learn more about headphone sound and gear and what sort of sound and gear works for me in 4 hours of a meet than I can in 4 months or even 4 years of forum posts.

I went to the meet at Bottleheadquarters yesterday. I met @Griffon, @atomicbob, @Torq, and others. Cheers mates. I got to hear a lot of setups, and high-end HPs including some Focal Utopias. It was a good time, nice to meet you all.

I didn't manage to listen to the Jot. Never enough time to listen to everything, and always end up missing gear that is there at a meet that I wanted to hear. Next time...

I did get to hear the LCD-4 with the Liquid Glass and Crimson. Found out I like the tonality and presentation of the LCD-4 with those amps. The sound was seductive. I like that. If Audeze can get that style of sound at a lower price point I could do it.

Glad you liked the LCD-4. This is my 3rd round with Audeze and it just isn't my preferred profile. It is time for them to go :(

There seems to be a Seattle summer meet this Sat. I'm wondering if any Friends would go?
