Man! I guess Dany does not have as much of an advantage now.

Bran is in Winterfell. Shit might get real there.

Dany proly no happy right now.

I think Dany is going to unleash her inner "Dragon" pretty soon.

I'm eagerly awaiting this one. It seems it will be the shortest episode, but also full with material.

I've heard the entire episode has been leaked and is now available. Assholeness aside, I would personally recommend to stay away from looking at leaks and stuff. This IMO has the potential of being an awesome episode, and don't want to ruin it for anyone including myself by reading/looking at plot lines and sub-par visuals.

Part of the fun, at least for me, is to put things together in my mind and come up with stupid/crazy theories about what's going to happen, who my favorite characters are, how things are developing and stuff. All the fun goes away if I already how things are going to go and end.

That rant aside, man I'm looking forward for the next installment.

I mean, I get Jon Snow kind of not giving much of a shit, and his somewhat obvious contempt for anything Targaryen (dude obviously doesn't know nutting including the fact that he is Targaryen). But does he really think Saucy is going to give him any sort of support against the slow walkers? With Daenerys there is a roadmap to face the incoming threat. Saucy is just a big f'ing rock on the road that needs fixing before anything can be done.

Also, I'm not sure about Sansa again. I did not like how she handled Rickon's death, and Wester-Us does not need another asshole ruler given the current situation. We'll see how that shit develops.

I feel like they are building up to something big. Staying away from the hacked info for sure. Takes all the fun out of Games. Sansa is a question for me. Is she going to support Jon or try to do her own thing? Hope they don't spend a ton of screen time on the slow poison going on in the dungeon.

She already offered Jon's position to Bran w/o question. I was like WTF!!!

Then I remembered that it was Jon who kind of lost it against Ramsey when Rickon got murdered in the battlefield. From memory, I think she did not give a flying f**k. One could argue that she is keeping more to herself. That now she is a more restrained and a much more cold and calculating entity. But then Jon makes a few of his decisions public, and Sansa gets all passionate. One could then argue this is fake passion, but that is not good either.

I really hope that Bran's reminder about her not-so-awesome wedding brought by Crooked-Finger will help her get her shit together.

    There is also Arya.

Shit. I need to rewatch. I forgot Sansa mentions to Bran that he is the true heir to the throne, but he tells her he is The Three Eye Raven. Great line from Bran.
"It's complicated" ! Yes, so many conflicted characters right now. Ayra may be a lost hope.

I'm starting to sound like South Park's Mr. Garrison giving a lecture to the class on GOT to the class using a flowchart. :D

Like Bran, I don't think Arya will be up to take leadership for the North. But I do think she is pretty good at cleaning things up.

Sansa and Arya were never all that close. They also don't share the same weaknesses, and have a very different set of skills. Between Bran and Arya I think Baelish will have more than he can chew. Still, I dunno about Sansa.

True. Doesn't mean they might join forces. Anything is possible. Will Jon escape the island? Or does he........ Same Bat Time, same Bat Chanel .

I think Jon will not need to escape the island. He already got the go ahead to mine for dragonglass.

There maybe something possitive about the "wolf pack" speak that Sansa made on the trailers, which makes me think there will be some kind of joining of forces. But then again, Bran did not seem that pleased to see Sansa. Maybe it's just his new sixty-nine-eyed raven ways.

One hour to go! My wife is finishing re-watching episode 3. We were wondering what's going to happen when Dany and Jon find out they are related. And who will claim the right to the Throne. This might be a big episode. Looks like we won't be seeing the slow death dungeon scene thank god. Ellaria's final scene was last week.

Yeah,I think he's just above it all now. With the past and the present all existing together for him at once, I think something like familial joy is just not really possible as he's not really Bran anymore. Not as he was, anyway.

An analysis of episode 4. First , holy shit!! This is definitely a double viewing episode. So if you will excuse me, I am going to watch it again. Get back to the conversation later.

    That was fantastic.

I'm one of those suckers you guys discussed earlier that has read all the spoilers and knows how the season plays out.

Still, it didn't lessen the impact at all. Hats off to the execution in this episode which was FANTASTIC.

*EDIT* Best line, by far: "Chaos is a ladder". If you don't know the significance, look it up. Littlefinger's reaction was priceless.

I stole this from somewhere else, but it cracks me up. Jamie in battle:

I think it would be amazing if the series ended something like...

Little finger isn't having a very good season so far. He's 0-2 now by my count in "last words in conversations".

I think that Arya and Bran demo sort of caught Littlefinger off his guard. But he is still there, and he is cunning. We will see if he is over his head or not. FWIW, it is obvious Arya and Bran no like Littlefinger. Not sure Littlefinger realizes what he is facing.

BTW, I feel Jamie and Bronn were goners there. It would have taken a very big jump for Bronn to survive that. And that dude that saved Jaime came literally out of nowhere, to land on water that also came out of nowhere.

    Other than that, awesome episode.

I'm not sure I understand why Dany is so intent on Jon 'bending the knee'. Maybe I'll go back and rewatch last weeks episode.

I'm guessing that the dude who saved Jaime is that new guy who talked about the unexpected stench of battle, and who had helped out Bronn earlier in the fight.

Also, I'd be surprised if Littlefinger gave away that dagger with the intention of Bran keeping it. Maybe Littlefinger had anticipated that Bran, who has no use for a dagger, would give the dagger to Sansa... I dunno...

I think Littlefinger gave that dagger to Bran to see if he could win his favor, since he is a likely "Lord Stark" candidate (in everyone's mind except Bran).

The dude that saved Bronn is probably Clark Kent. The glasses came later. The water than materialized there was probably the work of Dr Strange.

Dany probably wants everyone to bend the knee. Jon is just one of the first ones that came to Dragonstone cuz he needs dragonglass. But it is possible Dany sent letters all over Wester-Us. None came, cuz they are not desperate like Jon is, nor as crazy. He did come against all of the Lords of the North wishes (including Sonsa, though I'm not sure she was genuine at all about it).

BTW, there are rumors that it was Bronn who saved Jaimie.

What's to happen to Jaimie is probably one of those artifacts used to ask for moar. The deal is, I really felt Jaimie was supposed to die there. GoT is somewhat unpredictable like that. Even after all the prophecies gave much away.

There is some goodness for Dany though. She just learned Drogon is not invincible. Such knowledge is a huge asset for her. The North is important as well. There is no love for anything Moanister in the North. But the Starks need to outgrow and outsmart SorryFinger.
