Was eyeing this for some time and the seller is local here in Toronto. Not to derail the thread, but is BHA-1 better than Jotunheim?

I can't answer that, but with the exchange rate and taxes it's not even that big of a price difference. Just buy and resell if you don't like it; there's no loss at that price. I was pretty tempted on this myself, but the guy doesn't want to ship.

That is pretty good, I paid $1100 for mine last year, it was from 2015, this one is 2012. With 20 years warranty it makes no difference, if of course the seller has the original invoice. I would check for the invoice, my BHA-1 failed after 5 months with channel imbalance but was expertly fixed by Bryston on warranty.
