Rythmik L12 for $520 or SVS SB12-NSD for $399? 20hz and servo, or 23hz and $120 in my account? Decisions of a poor audio enthusiast.

Have known my wife to make herself ill a couple of times because of that cultural thing that stuff mustn't be wasted. Sometimes she even wants to give it away: oh sure, poison someone else!

Agreed 99 % of the time I unplug it, set it on/near a heating source (that’s not too hot obviously) and leave it for a day or so and it’s usually perfect. My wife has washed her MP3 player like 8 times now. Dry it out someplace warm for a day or 2 and it still works
