WTT: HD800 4pin cable for SE cable

    Will probably just reterminate my 4pin cable at some point when I have the time. In the meantime I'll post this here in case anyone is looking for a 4pin balanced cable.

    Mine is the stock HD800 cable reterminated with a 4pin jack.

    Any reason why you don't want to use a 4-pin XLR -> TRS adapter?

    I can think of two I've had, heavy dangling cable putting stress on the amp connector if it's not on a desk. Eidolic is among the heaviest. Second, some XLR connectors like switchcraft grip the pins hard so I don't use XLR on the stratus for this reason. Single ended sounds the same.

    @Cspirou Yep, the rather large XLR-TRS cable connection can put strain on a jack.
