    I figured it's time again for a low-end loaner since that last box of low-end DACs got lost by USPS.

    BTW: DO NOT USE USPS. This is against SBAF loaner policy. I've made exceptions for this in the past, but screw USPS. Anyone who might be interested must use UPS or FedEx with signature. {@ChaChaRealSmooth here: if you use USPS you will be banned from loaner programs}.

    That being said, any interest? I might throw in some other cheap amps.

    Dunno if there's interest in this, but I'm willing to throw in a MD SDAC in the mix as an inexpensive DAC. If only looking for extra amps though, I'll throw in the Magni 3 for those who requested it.

    @purr1n Let me know if you want a 6N6P tube for the Sunrise. Pretty sure I have a couple extra running around in drawer. That's what was in the Horizon when you had mine. They usually come with an RCA clear top 12AU7. The Electro-Harmonix 12BH7 is probably the best all-around tube for them if you don't want to spend $$$.

    I'd also send an atomicbob Noise Nuke with it, but if people use the switch on the Sunrise instead of disconnecting power at the AC input, the capacitors can blow the power switch.

    Kinda of seriously disturbed that folks were jumping up and down over the Loxjie P20, but now see little interest over hand-picked amps (slightly more expensive, but still < $300) which I feel have a similar presentation to compare against the Loxjie P20. (I think I am going to keep things simple with the P20, Spark, and Sunrise).

    What is this place? Head-Fi?

    I would've expected more interest as well. I'd have signed up, but I've played with the Garage1217 amps before and owned a couple, had the Vali 2 and Magni 3, and have the Spark now so I guess only the Loxjie and Liquid Carbon would be of interest for me.

    Just for the record I'd love to be in on a loaner for stuff I can realistically get in the short term but suffice to say I'd rather not risk it.

    Lesson effing learned.

    Curious how the Sunrise holds up against the others, but no use comparing unless it's same settings cuz of how tweakable it is.
