Or maid was good. But she was letting the cats program her and they got overweight. She could certainly do multiple meals... and they knew it!

I can't recommend a feeder as I've never used one, but if you do I would only say you should still make a point of monitoring your cats eating habits (and likewise the litter box) as changes in appetite can be an early indicator of illness that you don't want to miss.

Feeders is a great way to give your cat catabetes. I know too many cat owners who switched to a feeder and their cat not only ballooned, but gave them catabetes.

Points taken on the overeating, but I’ve used the feeder to give my cats a strictly measured amount of daily food spaced out throughout the day.

    Here are my doggos!

First one is Chundoong (meaning "Thunder" in Korean). He's smart but very independent. He often brings me "gifts" of dead animals that he hunted to my door step, ranging from possums, birds, rabbits, etc. He was my first dog since I was in high school and I've brought him to college with me couple times. He lets me hold him like a little baby despite his big size. He's super friendly with people, loved by all the guests that come to my house, but gets bullied by my other dog possibly due to jealousy? He's pretty old now so he just eats and sleeps all day.

Second one is Sori (meaning "Sound" in Korean). I got her 2 years after getting Chundoong, convincing my parents that he needed a friend, but yeah that didn't really work out haha. She's a sensitive one compared to the more laid back Chundoong. She adores my family members, but is wary of any other people and will run away/ bark if anyone tries to pet her. She really is affectionate towards my family though, maybe a little too much, constantly licking me whenever I try to play with her.

The last one is Baram (meaning "Wind" in Korean) He is the lovechild between Chundoong and Sori. He was the one of 4 pups from the litter and we decided to keep him since we didn't have a white one yet. He's a bit shy at first, but is super friendly once he gets used to you. He's a mama's boy, but I still love him

2 weeks ago my parents had Lola put to sleep. Her age hit her fast, and her stomach gave out. The vet came to their house to put her to sleep, and she was peaceful and calm. I've been contemplating posting this on here because I didn't want to think about it too much but I wanted you guys to see some more pictures (and a video) of her in her prime so you can remember her with me.

The oldest pictures I have of her are from 2007, back when I got my first smartphone.

Video of her derping in the front yard in 2011.

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not sure what I would if I lost one of my dogs. Lola seemed like a happy little derp who brought you joy

I'm glad to hear she had a peaceful time of it— adorable derpadoo she was indeed. Condolences, I hope all's well with you and yours.

What a great cat! Sorry you lost Lola.

My silky looks a bit like that, and does very daft stuff too. But Silky is fat (she was obese: situation improving slowly)

My condolences also. I've been visiting a pet loss support forum since I lost my best friend back in March and I've read some truly sad stories. Lola looks to have had a good life and a dignified end. That's really the best any of us can hope for.
