Has anyone bought from this place before? I ordered these about an hour ago and it went through successfully (confirmed the pending charge on my card) but I still haven't received email confirmation and I missed the spot to create an account so I now have no way of getting my order ID or anything. Is this typical for Adorama?

 

I have, been a few years. No problems at all. I don't remember if there was a delay in receiving email confirmation or not. you could look through your browser history and reopen the tab you used when ordering, the most recent page should be your order confirmation with order #.

 

I've bought from them before and everything was fine.

 

@klyrish no worries. Adorama is totally legit and pretty well respected. I have purchased plenty of electronics and camera gear from them.

 

Thanks, all. I thought about going the browser history route but was nervous that I'd get double-charged potentially depending on how their system is setup. I started a support chat and Albert C was very helpful. He sent me a PDF invoice of my order. Still no automated email but whatever. And I tried to use their tool to check order status using email + order # but it keeps saying it's invalid. Maybe their system is just sluggish today or something.
