Sign me up mate. Personally since I'm WFH, the time difference makes little difference. Morning my time, java in hand, ragging the hell out of @Bill-P, what could be more fun?

If we want this ot be actually functional we should probably have talking slots. I'm perfectly happy to just see some of you porkers in 'real' life and hoist a glass to this place, though.

 

I might be available to show everyone the shelter-in-place haircut I gave myself then desperately pleaded with my wife to salvage.

 

I love this idea. I just started using Zoom a week ago. I use Google Hangouts video call pretty much every day talking with other local workers, as well as India, France, etc. But Hangouts is probably more work to set up.

If you want to shut it off from tranny hookers and other randos maybe a link could be posted in a group inbox conversation.

I am also a member over at Head-case.org (but rarely if ever visit anymore) and they have/had a great chat room where most of the great information is/was kept.
