FS: Lynx Hilo AD/DA + Headamp

Hello All,

Selling my Hilo. Very nice DAC and AD converter, just not getting much use.

Silver color. Perfect working condition. 9/10 cosmetically (very, very slight wear on one corner). Comes with all original packaging and an extra knob. (The volume knob had some paint wear, so I bought a new one. Due to USPS chaos, it got lost and Lynx sent a replacement. Months later the first knob showed up.)

I looked through HiFiShark. Seems the lowest price in the past two years was $1290 plus shipping and most sold in the $1400 range. So I’m asking $1250 for Friends and Contributors. I’ll cover PayPal fees and shipping in CONUS.

Ugh, part of me is curious to try this vs my Prism Lyra...

 

Gonna try to make this hard for @Armaegis and drop the price to $1175 including PayPal and shipping, even to Canada.

I really want to try this... but the writing on the wall at work right now looks like I might be getting laid off soon. Tap me on the shoulder in a couple weeks if this hasn't sold. We'll see if I'm in a more stable position then. It's not out of reach right now, but with uncertainty looming I should be more careful responsible.
