    Bug in the app. It recorded the data correctly, but only reported partial results from each precinct, so the #s weren't matching up.

    Hanlon's razor - likely SW engineers forgot the error handlers and boundary checkers that are always left to the reader to explore. Copy 'n paste SW engineering is prevalent today, and it is the worst.

    Biggest takeaway I got is the Dems have no idea how to run an election and that caucuses are undemocratic horseshit.

    What it really seems to boil down to is that the consultancy class was looking to get paid. Both Iowa & Nevada paid a total of $120k for the app. It was developed over a few weeks and wasn't even properly tested. Certain people were just looking to profit from the election and they know people in these organizations that will award them the contract because it's one big corrupt circle.

    It also looks like Biden is withholding the results by challenging them because it's embarrassing for him. Independent counts from other volunteers have Biden in 4th or even 5th.
