I have to be on time. Make your deals too late and the moment the economy recovers all the prices jump up. A few steps remain and I can focus on the long-term again...

Oh man, do I understand lol. Yeah... I think no matter what the exact circumstances are, moving is always gonna be among the most stressful affairs in life. There is always something. It's that mix of crunch and uncertainty.
