I used to lurk on CS for years before I joined. There was never a need for me to ask stupid questions because they were already answered. I read a year of forum posts in a few weeks. On SBAF that's just not possible anymore

Kids these days are all about instant gratification. No one is willing to put in the work anymore.

At least the moderators keep an eye on the randos better than before. Nothing against the randos, simply a matter of bad experiences with randos who expect certain things.

I lurked at Changstar for more than a year. When I was ready to sign up it was nuked. The no nonsense vibe in there probably kept noise away better than here.
