A full suspension fat tire ebike. Nothing else goes through deep snow better. My commute is over 12 miles of ski trails.

Expect some fun rides. Do get a feel for the balance and brakes. Fat tires may be grippy, but grip alone will not save you.

No worries- My first fat tire ebike was a low cost model that wore out after 5000 miles. I ride a LOT, though mostly in the summer on mountain bikes. I took the new one single tracking yesterday on a 30 mile trip. Not nearly as maneuverable as my 27.5, but still a blast.

A fat tire for snow would be a 24x3.0 Nokian Gazzaloddi. If you're going to go fat tire go fat. I bought several of those tires before Nokian stopped making them.

@Hammy - I run 49North 4” studded snow tires at about 8 psi. They’re by far the best out there. The only downside is they cost as much as the sports tires on my car.

4" wide studded tires are big. It's fascinating how bicycles have evolved for those fat tires.

Having just 1 wheel definitely reduces your ability to float on the snow :)
