    From the master, Tim de Paravicini, a classic tube amp in fantastic condition. It has performed flawlessly for me the entire time, and it sounds wonderful, offering EAR’s characteristic balancing act of great resolution while maintaining harmonic fullness.

    The amp comes with an octet of Ei KT90 tubes. These are by far my favorites in the amp and are quite valuable (usually around 1000ish for an octet). The amp also accepts 6550 and EH KT90 tubes. These tubes all have very long life and the amp is designed to maximize their lifespan.

    The unit is in excellent cosmetic condition. The chrome faceplate is in beautiful condition. The only cosmetic compromise is fading silk-screened letters at the "Power" switch. I have the original tube cages, and shipping foam and box.

    Push-pull power amplifier. 70 Watts per channel stereo (bridgeable to 140 watts mono) into 4, 8, or 16 ohms. Uses KT90 output tubes. Self-biasing. Mitch Singerman bypassed the balanced inputs which lowered the noise floor and resulted in blacker background as single ended. This is easily reversible.

    Asking $3200 net to me. Local pickup around Socal/LA also possible!

    it's a really nice one man. can drive most speakers very comfortably (conservatively rated at 70w). it's a nice value in 2 channel world given the used price to performance versus alternatives at their price and higher.
