    I haven’t started the Japanese trek yet. My experience is similar with a touch of water and/or ice. I’ve moved on from neat. Always just a bit too much for me.

    This whiskey is from a California winemaker. Had an interesting flavor description in the store.

    It's fantastic. A very complex flavor profile that a little water opens up nicely.

    Yeah, is really great. This one is a bit worn by its previous owner, but Im pretty sure I got it at goodwill for 99 cents, and it still brings me joy, so it was worth it. Santana is really great.
