I posted an interested check on my profile status, but maybe people haven't seen it. Offering to handle a group buy for two Taiwanese brands of cables (mainly IEM) that I think reflect excellent value with the same standards as better known brands like PW Audio. Han Sound has been mentioned here before, but OC Studio is fairly unknown and not even available for sale outside of Asia (as far as I know). If you're interested, like my profile status and I'll put up a post in the FS thread if there's enough interest. I may limit it to OC Studio for simplicity since I've never done this before, and I'm able to have direct contact with the manufacturer.

Everything Canada only on partsconnexion shows for a penny if your IP is not Canada based. They won't actually sell it to you for a penny...

As in-store experience, they are good for what they are but overpriced. We, that are more into the hobby, we'll probably find them sounding sub-par and understand that the "noise canceling" is not great, although we may find that both things indeed better than the competition (i've only experienced 1 other noise canceling iem and the Sonys were much better) but these also cost a lot more.

People will tend to compare the noise canceling of these with the XM2/3 headphones, which they really shouldn't. If they were around 100-130€ i would definitely buy a pair for me since i had no fit complaints and it's still much better than the other IEM BT crap i have tried. The problem is, may main reason would be to use them at the gym and they don't, as far as i know, have any moisture resistance.

They really should have physical buttons as well. All in all i will wait until i receive my drop ones and then decide which ones i will keep.

Speaking of Sony noise-cancelling headphones, it is worth mentioning that Drop (formerly Massdrop) is packaging together Sony WH-1000XM3 and Sennheiser HD6XX for $400 total. Even though Sony is probably going to release a new update soon and the 1000XM3 has gotten some decent discounts lately, both headphones together at that price is still a solid deal. There's 300 of these bundles and they go on sale Monday (8/19) at 6am PT.

Sony did come up with noise cancelling earbud but not sure about their plan of XM3 upgrade.
Would be interesting to see what they come up with. But this bundle is really sweet deal.

The 1000X, 1000XM2, and 1000XM3 were introduced in consecutive years at the Berlin IFA electronics show in September. Probably a new model again this year, and Sony will be motivated to counter the latest from Bose.

The Bose Noise Cancelling 700 is their new flagship, released about a month ago. They also announced a true wireless IEM with noise cancelling (not available until next year).
    https://www.bose.com/en_us/better_with_bose/new-headphones.html

The reviews I've seen are somewhat mixed. The 700 sets a new standard for voice quality on phone calls but not an obvious improvement in noise cancelling or sound quality.
