    NIB, never used. The little cardboard box is damaged & store was selling it cheap so I picked it up to give away here. Lifter itself appears to be fine.

    I will cover postage to CONUS, if you are in another country you might kick in a $ or two for shipping, this is small so shouldnt cost much to mail.
