    Hi!
We are a group of enthusiastic audiophiles who have been professionally developing high-quality headphones and Hi-End components for many years. Introducing the innovative, planar, in-ear Paradoxum Global Sound (PGS) headphones. Our closed-back headphones have three compensation holes to create a wider soundstage. Like a musical instrument, PGS Headphones combine natural rosewood with state of the art materials like carbon fiber and aluminum to maximize the sonic environment created by the PGS's 12 mm neodymium planar drivers, each boasting effective frequency range of 20Hz-25kHz, a sensitivity of 97dB, and an impedance of 10 ohms allowing it to get quite loud even if the source signal lacks power. Also, these headphones are equipped with "mmcx" connectors which are ideal for high fidelity listening for hours on end.

PGS Headphones are designed to bring you enjoyment for years, and you'll likely notice sonic artifacts and sounds within your favorite songs that you simply couldn't hear on anything else. So enjoy them, share them, just like a musical instrument, or music itself.[IMG]

In addition to the above it might be worth sending these around on tour among established members for halfway decent impressions? Depends on where you're located though, logistics may be nightmarish nowadays.

    @pgs_audio got a website?

Searching for your company name gets me this thread, unrelated music videos and parasitic flatworms.

Yes, you are right! While we are in the process of fine-tuning the sound and then we’ll be ready to send headphones
to the authoritative reviewers for their evaluation. Can you recommend someone who can do it?

@ChaChaRealSmooth is the group's official gearmaster, he's in charge of loaners and the like so maybe sort logistics out with him when you're happy with your product :)

I live a bit far afield so don't really get to join in loaners but the group collectively makes sure to take care of gear in the program and sees to it they all get home safely. If you're looking for authorities here there are a few that come to mind that are mostly based in the USA (boo, haha). You can maybe ask that these go on a limited run among them specifically first and open one up to regular members if there's interest enough and you feel comfortable doing so.

Wishing your project well! The world needs more smaller IEMs for those of us not blessed with massive earholes :p

Yes, on search you can not find information about our company since we haven’t officially registered the company yet. At this point we are a team of enthusiasts, as indicated in the first message.
As for the our website, it is part of our future development plans. Many thanks for the questions.

The usual suspects around here are @shotgunshane and @La Cenric, who goes by Crinacle elsewhere on the internet.
Both are honest reviewers and have significant experience with IEMs.

Since @pgs_audio is based in Europe, maybe it would be easier to have @james444 give them a go first.

    @pgs_audio - welcome!

Can't wait to see how these little guys play out. The shape and size of them tells me there will still be limitations with regards to physics, but it does look like you are trying to tune them with mixed materials and odd chamber sizes.

    Prost / Cheers

Special thanks for your hospitality on the forum!
Many of you here are aware of the advantages of planar drivers over other types of emitters
and we set ourselves the difficult task of applying a broadband planar driver to such a small, closed housing
so as you correctly understood this system is not easy to configure and we use different methods to achieve the optimal result.
However, the use of a single driver offers certain advantages over multi-driver headphones.

    Hello my friends!
Thank you very much for your interest in our project.
To optimize headphones we need to find out (understand) which sound signatures are optimal (universal)
for most listeners. If you don’t mind, write (describe) here your preferences in sound
and and gain-frequency characteristic that are best heard. Thank you very much in advance.

I think you shouldn't be asking this sorta thing because you're likely going to get so many different answers that releasing a dozen models may not be enough to meet all preferences, even if you paint with broad strokes. "Too many cooks spoil the broth" and all that.

There are loads of different IEM manufacturers all with their own targets and they all have naysayers and fans. I'm not much an IEM person (my ears are weird, most IEMs physically hurt and draw blood after extended periods) but over time I find that I enjoy things ranging from Etymotic-target (not fun to listen to but generally impressive placement, clarity, and gross detail) to the original Campfire Solaris (possibly my favourite IEM ever but the treble is a bit much with some tips and the midrange has some colouration that isn't my preference) or weird wambutt stuff like the FitEar TG334 (been too long since I got ears on this...).

Make something that sounds good to you first and tweak from there, maybe send release candidates out to ears you know and trust for feedback. He's ostracised by most communities for upholding disgusting beliefs but many praised the sound of Garuspik's Verum One; these headphones' voicing was guided by listening to speakers, per him, and that's as valid an approach as anything else. Music selection also makes a massive difference— I sometimes have trouble communicating with one good friend re audio because he honestly listens exclusively to anisong, J-Pop, and VTubers so I have to look those damn things up to calibrate reference, haha (edit: not like I'm not familiar with a lot of the same, but I'm out of the loop for newer releases)

Agree, the world needs more headphones that are excellent but also good-value ;)

Many thanks for your detailed response!
We also agree to bring the sound of headphones closer to the sound of acoustic systems (speakers).
We would also like to start the crowdfunding campaign as Garuspik did, but there should be sufficient interest in the project.
Can you advise how best to disseminate about product information and about ourselves to find out how interesting our project and demand from a wide audience?
And if it turns out that the demand will be high, so cost of headphones can be made available to most listeners.

Hah, I used to work in marketing but it was mostly in analytics and as a copywriter (besides various odd jobs...)— for broad-strokes stuff you're far better off consulting professionals with halfway decent track records even if that adds to your expenses because that's a proven way to ensure you get good exposure.

Another way would be to pay for social media boosting but even with more eyeballs on your stuff you have to make sure it reaches the right people, and even then it has to pass a bullshit test or be somehow interesting enough to actually get meaningful engagement. Look at Dan Clark Audio's StartEngine campaign, it's raised a fair bit of funding and was certainly pushed a lot whenever I was on Instagram for a spell, but far as I can tell the most it's inspired has been concern over the brand's longevity. Grado hasn't really been exhaustively advertised in the traditional sense but because they have a story to their gear, a distinctive sound, and far more beautiful (if uncomfortable) headphones than many peers in the entry level they've earned their staying power and the cult of fans, never mind that you'd immediately lose the trust of anyone sane or not deaf if you said they didn't have a sound that was an acquired taste.

There's a lot more drivel I could spout off but at the end of the day, you WANT good product to ensure that you have staying power and aren't just another flash in the pan. Sure you could pay known reviewers to say nice things about your gear but nowadays there are more people being careful with their money and really investing time into researching future purchases— I'm impossibly biased in this matter but SBAF calls gear out for being fetid dogshit when it is fetid dogshit and talks up positive attributes where they exist, and I trust reviews from most known people here far more than pretty prose on most online publications.

At the end of the day:
    • Have a good product
    • Craft an engaging story around you product
    • Have a good product
    • Establish meaningful rapport with the community at large
    • (optionally) make your product aesthetically pleasing
    • (likely) don't be stingy with paid campaigns once you have most of the above sorted
    • Respect your customers' intelligence
    • PAY ATTENTION TO COMPLAINTS, EVEN THE STUPID ONES
    • DON'T BE A RACIST BUTTHOLE
    • Have a good product.

Thank you so much for your valuable advice, especially concerning correct marketing. We’re also interested in the design of headphones and
which materials used. We’d like to hear the community’s opinion regarding this subject. If you'd be so kind please share your opinion with us.
Your opinion is very important to us.
