This, and when the guy next to you is too annoying you can elbow him out without bothering to stop.

Ah the exhilarating feeling of wind. Makes sense and I suppose safer than skydiving.

I thought it might have to do with having the long rifle pointed out the door rather than pointed at the ceiling when hunting via 4 wheels.

If you're doing the rockcrawling thing it helps a good bit for sightlines and tire placement.

Watch the video below. "The tires were cold, bla bla." This happens when you don't have a clue how to drive a RWD car. I did a couple of small drift with a 300bhp BMW 275mm with low profile tires, quite sticky. When you have AMG C63 torque and power drifting becomes easy. You have more power and control over when the wheels should be spinning. Now maybe this could be possible with some E-differential s* itself but seem unlikely. This is textbook wrong action in motion. The rear gets loose and in the weight transition, you add more throttle so the cars goes the complete opposite where you want it to be. Notice that these noobs Do not counter-steer at all or are really slow. When you are slow in the transition counter steer things get bad real fast.. Dude, drifting a powerful V8 sedan is the easiest task ever, this is just logic and how things work.

Finally got these wheels on my car but it was kind of a disaster getting them on because I went to a sketchy shop.
First, got the wheels, went to shop, they said I need new lug nuts.
Went to AutoZone, got lug nuts, go back to shop. Shop switches my tires onto new wheels, then realizes lug nuts are not right ones for my car. They switch the tires back to my old wheels so I can get the lug nuts. I get the right ones, then they switch my tires onto my new wheels and get them on my car.
Then I find out later they didn't put my tire pressure monitors in but at this point I don't care I give up.
    Looks nice though.

My buddies 53 Chrysler taxi is going to be in a mob movie coming out next year that they are filming in Detroit, No Sudden Move. He's sending me some pics from the set, pretty cool.

Not a huge classics guy, but the 1949-51 Mercury Eight and the MBZ W136 (1936-42) and W153 (1938-43) really do it for me. With the Mercury I'd almost go full cheese with a blacked out car, tinted windows, armored body and glass, white walled tires, and mostly black leather interior with dark green or red accents here and there. Or one similar to the red one below but with a more wine red and metallic colored.

Pictures off internet, i.e. not my car/s:

This is his car, it's a rainy night shot and the lead actor is getting out of it or something. The roof light is his, the decals they put on to cover his hand-painted signs.

Well, I installed a hitch on the 300C today. I was going to buy an old pickup for transporting plywood, lumber, etc but honestly I can do all the same stuff and more with my 300 + a trailer. It's a class 3 hitch, so 675lb tongue weight and 4500lb towing capacity. She fits like a glove.

I just bought myself a girl's car. I figure when I get too old to hoist my lame ass onto my Honda ST1100 and BMW K1100RS, then I'll still have a way to go "ZoomZoom".

@beemerphile What makes you call an MX-5 a 'girl's car'?

Is that one of the new ones as pictured here? Sexiest Miata in the history of the model imo and a surprisingly solid move for Mazda whose designs I haven’t liked in many years. The whole huge front bumper, pinched front lights design that they applied to all their cars.

That is their alleged reputation - girls and hairdressers.

No, that is the 4th generation (ND) that started in 2016. Mine is a 2013 (3rd generation NC). The 3rd generation is the one least liked by Miata enthusiasts because it is too big and heavy. The later 3rd generation (the one I bought) is especially despised as having a "shit-eating grin". With the 4th generation Mazda went smaller again to quell the riot among the faithful. I am not one of the faithful though, and the later 3rd generation cars (2013-2015) are my favorite. I've lived my entire life thus far as an outlier and I ain't giving up now. Yeah,, it is longer - 3 inches longer. Yeah, it is heavier - 100 lbs. heavier. But it is still faster than any model until 2019 and it has room for a grown-up to drive it without his head popping up above the windshield. It is also the only one with a power retractable hardtop. I did not want a ragtop and I did not like the power top on the current model which is really only a power targa top and not a full convertible.

    Top up picture...

This is the new sexy model with the "top" down...

Cool! I test drove a used one once and my head stuck out the top too. But worse, the top of the windshield perfectly blocked traffic lights. So I drove it around the block and walked away.
