    Doing the vinyl thing now.

Gungnir Multibit is Gen 5 USB, comes with power cord.

I would honestly like to sell this as one complete package, because the California Audio Labs Delta is the best, most analog sounding transport I've used with anything digital. Works brilliantly with the Schiit multibit, and I think you are not hearing what it can do without it. Obvious sales pitch, but not untrue. I honestly think USB sucks, Gen 5, unison or otherwise, compared to a genuinely good CD transport, which the Delta is. Comes with remote, power cord, works without a hitch.

To complete the package, JBL Nanopatch balanced to single ended converter... this sounds totally transparent, no warmpoo or weirdness added to the signal from what I can tell. Again, another essential component to the Gungnir Multibit to get the best from it (balanced is better here). I will even throw in the cables... Monoprice BAL cables and 3.5mm to RCA cable (output from Nano to your SE amp). Even if you have a balanced amp, I would still snag the JBL for future-proof amp purchases.

Total for everything would be $1000 net to me for friends. Everyone else, $1100 net.

Gungnir Multibit alone, $750 net (friends), $850 net (everyone else). Delta CD transport, $200 net (friends), $250 net (everyone else). JBL nano $50 net.

$200 for the Delta CD transport is a pretty good deal if you still like silver discs, I had one many moons ago
the panasonic laser assembly it uses is still commonly available and can be replaced by any decent technician
    long live compact disc!
