Arrived safely today and confirmed it's working (listening to music now). Impressions in the appropriate thread after some listening time.

 

Thanks for fitting me into this tour @k4rstar but things have changed for me since wanting to hear this DAC. I’m pretty happy with my Gungnir and just bought a huge amp which I have no idea how I will fit into my space and so not sure where I could put this. Also lots of new stuff to review.

So please take me off the list if that’s ok. Thank you again!

 

Abbas DAC arrived and confirmed it works. Going to put it up against some worthy competition

 

Got it this afternoon, already have it plugged into my system. Sounds nice!

 

Sorry to see this one go, but enjoyed having it. He got along well with my other DAC...

I hope / intend to compare my test tracks on the Abbas with Yggdrasil A2 this weekend.
