I'm downsizing and have a variety of stuff to clear out! This post revolves around 6922 tubes and amps. Prices (which are fair, I hope) are for Contributors/Friends - if you want something different than the default tube for the Cavallis, just include that in your request. I will not start selling the tubes on their own until the amps are gone, so if this listing still has amps on it you will not get a reply until after they ship. Prices include shipping in CONUS and I will prioritize that because of past issues with international shipping causing way more stress than I need. Sorry!

Dropped amp prices...not a ton due to the cost of shipping (which is included). I'll do a "Give me everything" discount if you just want it all.

 

Funny how the LP fell so quickly out of sight for most people. I get it at the original retail price, but for $325? It's a solid choice and doesn't have too much to compete with it in the price bracket beyond the SW51+, which doesn't really count since they're very different designs.

I agree, if I were in need of another headphone amp I’d snap that one up, especially at $300.

 

I have a hard time thinking it's worth less than $300 in isolation, but with all the weirdness around pots, low price sales at random times, accusations of running changes, and the stunning value of the SW51 I think that has moved the market down. My loss, someone else's gain.

 

My volume pot has always been fine, but maybe that's just the headphones I use (HD6XX and HE-5XX). And, it fits an entirely different need to the SW51 since the LP can handle a wider variety of headphones. That's why I own both

But yes, I think you're right that the frequent sale prices have really hurt re-sale combined with an undeserved reputation regarding extremely overblown "issues".

 

Shipping for the LP is likely to be close to 50$. That makes it 250$ in most FS ads here which don't include shipping.

 

Almost everything is gone - just the Telefunken tube and LPS left. If you have a CTH and want a bit more, this upgrade is substantial (worth $100? depends on how much you like it as-is...) - just read the Atomic Bob thread!
