Since I DIY any Class-A amplifier for a long time but I never complete ALEPH 5 circuit to suitabled enclosure, then this designed is only one way to make me finish.

A simple procedure if I change its base to ALEPH 0 style shold be convenient than ALEPH 5 style.

On the designing XA25 cloned into this chassis, quite limited inner area but I will try.

What transistors will you be using in these builds? I had to hunt down NOS Toshibas for my F5. Not sure yet what I'll be using for Aleph J.

I just finished my prototype of aleph 3 enclosure but includes several outputs with special flange.

you had me a little confused by the initial images where you can see the output devices but then I scrolled down and can see that you were merely showing what array of things can be connected - this is DIY paradise for practically any of the Class A amplifiers that can be built. Pretty inventive bracket design .

One question - with the way the bracket is connected, does that allow sufficient/efficient heat transfer to keep the active devices cool? Have you tried to sink 2-3A through the tonkin SITs to see how hot they get?

another question - for the T03 packages - is there space for the wires to travel through to the circuit or will you have to create a channel if such devices were used?

The edges on your extrusion do not appear as sharp as the ones that were m in a GB recently. nicely done!

    Hi'
    Thanks for your question.
I tested these flange with +/- 40V 1.3A biased and got a good result as ALEPH 0S and ALEPH 3 done. It was 6063 aluminum grade.

When used TO-3 package you can see 2 holes of TO-247 screws on the flange they was Gate and Source cables hole slot because a case of TO-3 was a DRAIN pin you can use 2 wires (+/- rails) direct connect on the case.
