WTB: Some kind of [cheaper] balanced amp

    Hey guys! Just bought a Modius against my better judgement, so I needed something to pair with it.

    I was thinking the Jot 2, Singxer SA-1...something like that. Or, if you guys happen to have it, a bargain on a Liquid Gold X. Something like that.

    Anyway, just let me know. Thanks!

    Does the amp need balanced outputs? Lots of pro type amps have XLR inputs and SE output. Arcam rHead and Neve RNHP are amps I remember with that configuration

    I’m in the exact opposite boat. I have a Dynalo SuSy and looking for a cheap balanced DAC.

    I have my Modius paired with the Liquid Platinum, which goes on pretty extreme sales regularly. I've been happy with it. Versatile setup that pairs with a wide variety of headphones and can be altered by tube rolling if you're into that sort of thing.
