    Chris Bellman masters from 2015 are so good... I got 'em from HD Tracks, and I started picking up the LPs. The first LP arrived today (from Amazon), and it is OUTSTANDING. I like my early pressing, too, but damn... had I known these 2015 remasters were great on vinyl, too, I might have passed on picking up the early pressing. Whatever... they all sound good, so I'm happy. I don't think I'm gonna splurge on the SACDs from MoFi. f**k 'em!

    One of the most interesting jazz albums. I can only describe it as perfect if you are into a bit of avant-garde.
    One problem is that the stereo image is like the worst example of early stereo recordings, everything is pinned to your ears.
    And here the SPL Phonitor 2 is a perfect tool: crossfeed, combined with narrowing of the sound stage by bringing closet the virtual "monitors", slight attenuation of the center.

    Started the night wanting to listen to "audiophile stuff". Ended up listening to a wide variety of live performances on "not audiophile" Youtube for the past 3 hours.
