SOLD: Sennheiser HD660S2

Just received these from a Headfier this weekend. They were in excellent condition and they remain in excellent condition. I am trying several cans as I try to dramatically downsize from Summit-Fi stuff and downgrade to something more sensibly priced. I figure I will get this up now as I do not think I will keep these.

These are actually pretty decent to my ears. However, I need a more dramatic soundstage presentation. These are very much a "relax and listen" set of headphones where nothing sticks out at all. There is no harshness, there is no big slam. You just get good response top to bottom and I don't feel like anything is really missing. Except for a wider soundstage. There is no creakiness and they feel robust, contrary to my Focal Utopias which creak like an old Pontiac and I feel like I am going to break them every time I handle them. Not so with this Sennheiser.

$315 shipped. Has original box with a pentacon cable, 1/4" cable, and a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter.
