Moronic FedEx lost my ACE Space Deck in transit; it's somewhere in the Midwest I'm told...most helpfully. I've just refunded my buyer and am going through the insurance claim process now; we'll see if they take responsibility. The ACE Space Arm did arrive since it was in a different package, and the buyer has agreed to ship it out for me when I find another buyer. It's currently in UT.

Is anyone here interested in the ACE Space Arm? It's the 9" version. Let me know. I'm looking for $550 inc. shipping but not Paypal fees.

This sucks. Good on you for doing the right thing for the buyer. I hope it works out for you, either they find the deck with no damage or they make good on it.

That's horrible. How can FedEx lose something that big?

That's awful :( good luck, if it helps, Fedex claims are not bad at all. I've had to make a few over the years and they pay out without much of a fight. It is a stressful experience as a seller though.

They might find it. I got a FedEx package one month after I supposedly received it.

Wasn't your SpaceDeck sale already a long time ago? How the f**k does anyone lose a turntable?
Coincidentally I'm just on my way back from picking up a minidsp UMIK from a FedEx ship center. I spent more money on the train there than I saved by buying it in the US instead of Germany.

Didn't find time to put this on A-gon yet, so I'm doing a big price drop in case any Pyrates want in (going on A-gon after Tuesday).

I had ordered a high end speaker and UPS left it at my neighbor's house. They were out of town, and it had been sitting outside for almost 10 days. This was the 3rd time UPS couldn't handle a delivery. Fedex was better (only messed up once). The other 95% of postings by USPS were fine though. Sticking to that. Someone should start a thread or poll about deliveries - Domestic and International...It's a major part of Hifi life lol
