    I have not heard this IM02, I did not send it to Tyll to measure, and I certainly did not tell you what I thought of it relative to some other IEMs.

    Have you dealt with IM02 hissing?

    Ha! I remember that now; I do think more people should hear this. Regarding hiss, I haven't heard a bit out of the headphone out from my X3ii. I'm really pleasantly surprised, both by the X3ii and the ATH-IM02. Lots of people say the internal amp is the weak point on the X3ii but I don't have anything to compare it to.

    Fwiw I really enjoyed the im03, fairly neutral but still musical with crisp highs. Fit was a tad bit weird for me, ymmv
