Stay off the soft drinks and sugary snacks. Focus on water, tea and fresh meals. Avoid junk food and discipline your mind and body to eat and drink enough, not too much. From there on regain control over your life...
FAST, easier than you think, problem is when you start eating again you cannot go back to the evils stuff, haha, or it comes right back.
