I've only used Cardas CAB (which the springs failed in) and now these Multicontact LS4 sawtooth style plugs: https://www.takefiveaudio.com/products/850-multi-contact-ls4-banana-plug-cryo-treated. The LS4 are gold plated copper vs. the typical brass, low-mass, and fit very snugly in both my speaker and amp binding posts. I really like them.
Solder speaker wire to them, heat shrink, and then just plug them in the binding post. The diameter of the circle with the "teeth" apart is larger than the typical binding post, so when you insert them it makes contact with the entire inside of the post as the teeth compress together.
Blue Jeans Cable can also put together a set for you with the Canare and hypersonically weld to their GLS locking banana plugs.
